PIA seeks permission from US Consul General for non-stop flights to New York

Karachi, November 10, 2017: U.S. Consul General, Grace W. Shelton called on CEO PIA, Musharraf Rasool Cyan at the airline’s head office.

 

Musharraf Cyan gave a comprehensive briefing on airline operations to U.S. Consul General and discussed matters of mutual interests. He said that PIA is keen to operate non -stop flights between Pakistan and New York and requested the U.S. Consul General to extend her support for permission of having non-stop flights to New York.

 

Ms. Grace Shelton appreciated the efforts of PIA management to revitalize the airline and assured to extend possible cooperation regarding the matter with concerned U.S. authorities.
